Maryam Jafri

Maryam Jafri (b. 1972, Pakistan) is a New York based
video artist. Her work has been screened in festivals
and shown in galleries and art spaces both in the U.S.
and abroad, including The Institute of Contemporary
Art (London), Galerie Buchmann (Cologne, Germany),
Overgaden (Copenhagen, Denmark) and Cinema-Scope at The Scope Art Fair (New York City). She participated in The Whitney Museum Independent Study Program and holds a degree in literature from Brow University.
