Preeti AK Mistry

Preeti AK Mistry has been working in film/television for the past ten years, beginning her career interning for FOX Television's Film Department while still in high school. More recently, she was the Distribution Manager at Frameline Distribution from the Spring of 1999 to March 2002. Previous to her work in the distribution department, Preeti worked for Frameline's San Francisco International Lesbian & Gay Film Festival in both programming and publicity. Preeti has attended and spoken at various media and educational events on behalf of Frameline. She received her B.A. in Film and Gender Studies from the New College of California. Currently, she is following her other passion attending Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in London. JUNK BOX WARRIOR is her first film.
