For years, the loudspeakers on Chinatown's Chung King Road played music for the Chinese community festivals. How long has it been since artists have heard the songs of the moon festival? Rediscovering the public address system in Chinatown - using recorded artist statements accompanied with music and sound, we will sing out a potentially communal platform of discourse and criticism.
