Alison De La Cruz (she/he/they/DeLa) is a content creator, producer, facilitator, artist, contemporary ritualist, cultural space instigator, gathering practitioner, and host. De La Cruz has over 30 years of experience as a facilitator and training deviser, helping co-workers, peers, collaborators, and strangers talk with each other. De La Cruz has created original solo and collaborative performance work since 1999, sharing intersectional stories of bigger-bodied Filipinx, mixed-queerness, of-color folx. As a director and dramaturge, De La Cruz has worked with artists such as Nathan Ramos, Post Natyam Collective; D’Lo; Nico Dacumos, Claudia Rodriguez, Butchlalis de Panochitlan, and Ser among others. De La Cruz executive produced the L.A. premiere of the Broadway musical Allegiance (2018, EWP & JACCC) at the historic Aratani Theatre followed by the world premiere of Tales of Clamor (2019, JACCC & NCRR) in the Aratani Theatre Black Box.
