The Actors’ Gang Prison Project is an ensemble theater program offered in adult prisons, youth facilities, and re-entry centers throughout California. Our mission is to establish a supportive community network, to empower participants returning from prison with tools for recognizing and managing their emotional lives, and to create systemic change by centering the voices of systems-impacted people, their families, and their communities.
