Our video archive is a publicly accessible online environment containing more than 450 artworks. Within this articulated digital space, users can browse, create playlists, and save favorites. Our intention was to encourage making, sharing, and conversations around video art, and to expand the curatorial possibilities for video art by supporting independent curators.
Freewaves is currently deepening and reorganizing our archive of 35 years of public art in Los Angeles. Check back in 2025 to explore more of our history.
