The event will combine practical support such as an expungement clinic, discussions + workshops with creative expressions like storytelling, performance art, music, theatre, + visual art installations.

Why: As our communities across Los Angeles navigate significant policy shifts impacting the justice system, many understandably feel heightened uncertainties. These changes + an uncertain political future emphasize the importance of creating gathering spaces, where those most affected by the justice system can come together, share stories, tend to each other (mutual aid), + realize a compassionate city that amplifies critical voices + supports liberatory practices.
